At Nina Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned shoes, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
